Celebration FOR the Turkeys

Please help us commemorate Farm Sanctuary’s 25th Anniversary at this unique annual event.

The NY Celebration FOR the Turkeys will be held on Sunday, November 20, 2011. The event begins at the New York Shelter in Watkins Glen, where guests can visit our rescued animals and help us observe a cherished tradition: the Feeding of the Turkeys ceremony, in which our turkeys are the guests of honor, feasting on pumpkin pie, cranberries and squash.

The event then moves to the Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel for a delicious vegan Thanksgiving feast, silent auction, and special guest presentations by professional racecar driver and environmental activist Leilani Münter, Tofurky founder Seth Tibbott, Farm Sanctuary National Shelter Director Susie Coston, and Farm Sanctuary President and Co-Founder Gene Baur.

Please note that, due to an overwhelming response, we are able to accommodate only registered guests during the shelter portion of the event. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Registration is $60 and includes all aspects of the event. Attendance is limited at this event.
