The Farm

On Thursday, December 4th 2008 at The Art Directors Club in New York City, Farm Sanctuary celebrated the season of giving with 300 festive supporters at our Winter Wonderland Benefit for the Animals.

Celebrity guests like Lou Reed & Laurie Anderson, Corey & Susie Feldman, Alison Becker, Jennifer Coolidge, Mary & Peter Max, Tatum O'Neal, Maulik Pancholy, Daniela Sea, Ally Sheedy, Princess Superstar, Loretta Swit, and Nick Zinner mingled with jolly Farm Sanctuary supporters. The crowd went wild for the vegan, organic smorgasbord of scintillating delights from over 25 talented chefs, restaurants, and bakeries.  DJ Miss Guy spun the retro holiday tunes while everyone shopped the auction and ogled their cruelty-free goody bags.  Brilliant event designers Michael and Annie Walsh covered the space in beautiful white snowflakes and celebratory décor.  We can’t thank you all enough for being a part of this merry evening, and for all you do – year round – to support the animals on the farm, and beyond.
