Chico: Maaj is currently seeking placement for several animals for which she feels she can no longer properly care. They include four female Indian Runner ducks, four Mille Fleur hens, two roosters, and one male and one female turkey. Please call if you can provide a home for them.

 Granada Hills: Tiny the duck is a one year-old male Pekin duck. He is very friendly and gets along well with other animals and humans. Due to neighbor complaints he is in need of a new home.

Placement Los Angeles: Maria’s friend and neighbor recently passed away and left several chickens and geese behind. She is urgently seeking placement for them and would like to avoid sending them to a high-kill animal shelter. There are seven roosters, five hens, several baby chicks and seven geese.

 Truckee: Around 35 hens, 13 ducks, and one rooster are in need of a new home. The ducks are: 9 two year-old Khaki Campbells, 2 two year-old Indian Runner females, and 2 two year-old Indian Runner males. Florida

Oviedo: Two 2 year-old geese were recently saved from the Christmas dinner table and need a permanent home. They are definitely not stereotypical “attack geese”, and one will even eat out of your hand. They are fine with chickens, turkeys, and pigs but not with small dogs.

Bronxville: A wildlife rehabilitator is seeking placement for three domestic animals that she recently rescued. They are: a bonded pair of ducks found wandering in a residential neighborhood and a Broiler hen that was rescued alongside the Bronx River Parkway. Due to space concerns she must find homes for them to be able to take in other wild animals.

 Queens: Oscar is a pekin duck who was being attacked by three other males at a park. His mate was killed and he has been taken in by park employees who found him huddled under a bush.  Richland: Sherrie is seeking homes for chickens, ducks, geese, and rabbits. They are leaving an abusive situation and many have been placed. The remaining animals include Silkie and Bantam chickens, Swedish Blue and other special needs ducks, Pomeranian and White Chinese ducks, and Jersey Wooly rabbits. Smithtown: Three hens and five ducks are in need of a new place to live. The hens are 3 year-old Buff Orpingtons. Two of the ducks are Pekins and three are Black Runners, and there are two females and three males. They are very loved and have been treated like family, but unfortunately Rosemarie is now forced to place them in another loving home. Any help is appreciated.

 West Babylon: Tom is looking for a new home for a year and a half old male Pekin duck, Linus. Although he has cared for Linus since he was born, he is unable to give him the attention that he needs and would love to see him go to a forever home where there are other ducks and plenty of shelter from the cold weather. Ideally, Tom would be able to visit occasionally.

Indian Trail: Carolina Waterfowl Rescue is seeking homes for six Toulouse geese and 100 ducks, mostly Pekin. Adoption requirements include references and either photos or a home visit.
