San Jose: Mickacoo Pigeon & Dove Rescue is seeking homes for more than 50 Kings Pigeons. These birds have been rescued from shelters where they were facing euthanasia. Kings Pigeons are sweet, innocent, gentle, and fun birds who have unfortunately been bred for meat and can’t be released into the wild. They make great companions and usually can be kept alongside most other companion animals. The pigeons must be adopted in pairs so that they can keep each other company.
