When the guardian passed away, his family called Farm Sanctuary to ensure that Dulce and the goats and turkeys she lived with would have a safe and loving forever home. Today, Dulce is happy, healthy, and as sweet as her name suggests. Each night, she settles in to perch in the highest spot she can find.

She’s shy around humans, but with her flock, she’s a social butterfly! Dulce loves to relax in her yard with her many feathered friends: 19 chickens and two fellow turkeys. It warms our hearts to know that Dulce has found her forever flock.
