After a three a.m. call, local animal control officers brought the pigs safely to Chula Vista Animal Care Facility, which asked us for help. Thankfully, all of these sweet pigs have now found homes! The inseparable Grace and Jodean came to Farm Sanctuary Los Angeles, where this deeply bonded mom and daughter will get to be together forever—a life most farmed animals are denied.

Jodean has quickly settled into her home, where, despite protective Grace’s best efforts, the rebellious youngster has grown fearless and curious. She’s a natural swimmer who doggy-paddles her way across the pig pond. When we call her name, Jodean comes running and flops onto her side for belly rubs!
