This All Humans are Welcome policy (“Policy”) is meant to dictate and guide all Farm Sanctuary Staff and its Board of Directors accordingly around language and procedures that are to be used in conjunction with any and all Farm Sanctuary events and any and all advertisements of those events.

All Humans are Welcome at All Events.

As of September 19, 2023 (“Effective Date”), Farm Sanctuary is committed to ensuring that all individuals are welcome at any of Farm Sanctuary’s events. The only exception to this is if there is an age restriction secondary to the nature of the event, such as due to safety concerns.

In order to convey this commitment of total inclusivity, Farm Sanctuary will include the language “All humans are welcome at all events” in all of its advertising of any event it hosts or holds.

This policy will remain an integral part of staff training at Farm Sanctuary moving forward, to ensure that everyone is aware of this policy and that it is implemented without fail with regard to all events.

This Responding in a Courteous Manner (“Policy”) is meant to dictate and guide all Farm Sanctuary Staff and its Board of Directors accordingly around any complaints, inquiries or communications Farm Sanctuary may receive from the public regarding its conduct.

As of September 19, 2023 (“Effective Date”) and beyond, Farm Sanctuary will respond to any and all complaints, inquiries or communications it may receive from the public regarding its conduct in a courteous manner.

This policy will remain an integral part of staff training at Farm Sanctuary moving forward, to ensure that everyone is aware of this policy and that it is implemented without fail with regard to all events.
