Earth Day is an opportunity to reflect, learn, and take action to protect our planet and our shared future. Farm Sanctuary works daily to build a sustainable, compassionate food system by ending one of the leading culprits of climate change: animal agriculture.

Come lend a hand at our Watkins Glen, New York sanctuary! Home to hundreds of rescued farm animals, we are tackling some much-needed spring cleaning.

Volunteers can help with:

  • Cleaning the main cattle barn, pavilions, and main cattle roads
  • Grounds work
  • Gardening
  • Hay movement
  • General shelter cleanup

In gratitude, all volunteers will be treated to a delicious vegan lunch at 11:00 a.m. and can join a guided sanctuary tour at 2:30 p.m.
